Lunar Software License

Warranty & Disclaimers

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We make only the commitments expressly stated in these terms and do not make additional guarantees regarding reliability, availability, or fitness for specific purposes.

You retain all consumer rights provided under applicable law. If our services do not meet quality standards, dispute resolution is available.

Liabilities

For general users, Lunar Browser Limited retains liability for death, fraud, gross negligence, and willful misconduct as required by law.

For business users, our liability is capped at £500 or 125% of fees paid (whichever is greater). Business users agree to indemnify Lunar Browser Limited against claims arising from their use of our services.

Taking Action in Case of Problems

We will provide advance notice before taking enforcement action against your account, unless doing so would cause harm, violate law, compromise investigations, or affect service security.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be adjudicated in the courts of England and Wales.
